Welcome to Radical Runner Logistics LLC. By accessing our website or using our truck dispatching, freight brokerage, and fleet management services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Services Provided

We provide truck dispatching, freight brokerage, load planning, route optimization, and fleet management. Specifics are outlined in separate service agreements.

2. Carrier Obligations

  • You hold a valid MC number, DOT registration, and active insurance.
  • Your equipment meets all safety regulations.
  • You are responsible for safe vehicle operation and HOS compliance.
  • You promptly update us on any changes to authority or insurance.

3. Shipper Obligations

When using our brokerage services, you agree to provide accurate shipment details and pay all agreed rates, including additional charges like detention or lumper fees.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile number through our website or to our representatives, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Radical Runner Logistics LLC for service‑related updates, dispatch notifications, load confirmations, and customer support.

  • Opt‑in: Your consent is obtained when you submit a web form with your phone number and check the SMS consent box, or when you verbally agree during a phone call recorded in our system.
  • Message Frequency: Varies depending on your service usage. Typically, you may receive 1‑5 messages per week.
  • Fees: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
  • Opt‑out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to any message you receive. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  • Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at +1 (224) 435‑3764.
  • Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

5. Payment Terms

Fees are due per the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by Radical Runner Logistics LLC and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service in the preceding three months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Dallas, TX.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
